Come dressed comfy if you can, and feel free to have a snack! Things are relaxed and casual here. We'll have a loose plan, but if something urgent comes up or your priorities shift, we can pivot immediately. Sometimes you may just need to talk through things with me - there's a lot of value in saying things out loud.
My clients often tell me they feel clearer and more focused by the end of each session, which is my goal. You'll leave every meeting feeling like you've accomplished something meaningful, with practical next steps. All homework is based on your goals and realistic expectations. And if you don't finish your homework sometimes, no worries - we can work on it together at your next session.

I'm a safe person you can talk freely with, in a confidential space. You can say what you really think, vent about your boss, brainstorm what's next, or bring me a complicated situation.
I'm an empathetic partner who listens deeply, asks good questions, and helps you stay accountable to your own growth. My job is to help you see your strengths clearly, figure out what's been holding you back, and take real action toward your goals. And yes - we have fun along the way!
Our sessions blend brainstorming, strategy, mindset work, and practical next steps. You'll leave each one with a real sense of progress and the reassurance that you're not doing this alone.

My ideal client knows, deep down, that it’s time for a change. They’re ready to be valued for their expertise, paid what they deserve, and supported as they step into the next phase of their life or career.
Many come to me wanting help rebuilding confidence, especially after toxic workplaces, and they’re committed to investing in themselves and doing the work.My clients know they’ve outgrown something - a role, a workplace, an old version of themselves - and they’re ready to step into their next chapter feeling powerful, confident, and excited about their future.

As a trauma-informed coach, I understand how ADHD, CPTSD, anxiety, and other neurodivergent traits show up at work. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals who mask well, often take on too much, and need support getting to their goals in a way that actually works for them.
I'm neurodivergent myself, so I get it. We can create a schedule that fits you - maybe three times a week for 30 minutes, or daily email check-ins where you tell me what you've accomplished. Whatever helps you stay on track, we'll do that.
You can be completely yourself with me. Our goal is more confidence, less mental load, and tools you can actually use.

All sessions are scheduled through Calendly, where you can choose times that work for you from my available openings. Clients can book up to two sessions per week, which keeps things moving without feeling rushed or overwhelming.
If something urgent comes up and there are no spots available, just email me. If I get a cancellation or can shift something around, I'll do my best to get you in.
-
Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving.
-
Yes, absolutely. You're welcome to email me up to once a day with updates, questions, or anything that needs my support. I strive to respond within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday.
Some situations really need a conversation, so if something comes up, just update me and schedule or request an additional session. You're not navigating things alone.

Packages require full payment upfront to reserve your coaching time and secure your spot in my calendar. When you enroll, that time is held specifically for you. Because your time is reserved in advance, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.
You can pay by credit card or through financing programs like Affirm, Klarna, or PayPal Credit. I invoice through Stripe, and PayPal upon request.

Each package has a clear expiration date, and all hours must be used before that date.
It is the client’s responsibility to schedule sessions through Calendly. Booking sessions in a reasonable timeframe is important, as availability is not guaranteed when scheduling at the last minute.
I encourage my clients to book ahead to get their preferred spot - you can always reschedule through Calendly up to five minutes before your session. Each package includes three complimentary reschedules to give you flexibility while keeping the coaching flow consistent. (Arrangements can be made for extenuating circumstances!)
If you’re running late, please send me an email. With notice, we’ll use the remaining session time. If ten minutes pass without contact, the appointment is considered a no-show and counts against your package time so I can offer the slot to clients on my waiting list.

Email is the best way to contact me - it's the only method I monitor throughout the day. I check notifications on my phone and computer frequently and strive to respond within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday (unless I'm sick, on vacation, or dealing with an emergency).
Please note: I'm active on social media, but I don't monitor those inboxes for client communication due to the amount of spam I get there.

Yes, I am. If you've been through something painful - whether that's a toxic workplace, a difficult family situation, an abusive relationship, or something else - I want you to know you're safe here. I'm a certified trauma-informed professional and specialize in narcissistic abuse education and toxic workplace recovery. I understand how trauma affects people, and how to work through it. I'm a survivor too, so I truly get it.
-
Absolutely - this is one of my specialties. Toxic workplaces follow the same cycle of abuse as family of origin or relationship abuse, and what you've been through is real and valid. I help clients process what happened, rebuild their confidence, and move forward into healthier work environments. I have tools that will help you heal while searching for your next role.

Therapists are licensed to diagnose and treat mental health conditions, and I highly recommend therapy if it's accessible to you. That said, what I offer is different.
As a trauma-informed coach, I'm trained in current trauma recovery approaches and specialize in helping people recognize and recover from toxic workplaces, abusive relationships, and harmful dynamics with cluster B personality types. We go deep - inner child healing, inner critic work, imposter syndrome, boundaries, and building a path forward.
The difference is that coaching is action-oriented. I can give you my honest opinion, share resources, educate you on what you're experiencing, and help you make real plans. Many of my clients work with both a coach and a therapist, and that's a great combination.

Yes! Some clients do back-to-back packages and become long-term clients - I've worked with some of mine for 6 - 8+ years (and counting!).
Other clients don’t need a full package, but do need support in a specific area. Former clients can add 3-hour blocks of time as needed (at the current Silver discounted rate) - no new package required. Whether you need extra support during a transition, want help with something new, or just want to check in, I'm here.
Your coaching can be whatever you need it to be. I’m always going to be here when you need me!
